 Flat Roof Hutch & Run Under.this is a great hutch for your rabbit or guinea pigs , fresh grass every day of the year, Our popular rabbit hutch and run combination is delivered in 2 sections - top & bottom. The run is assembled simply with 8 screws and the hutch comes flat packed and is mounted on top of the run complete with ramp.

For cleaning out or to keep the rabbit in the top part of the hutch you get a trap door for open and closed positions. Your pet has the best of both worlds, upstairs a nice warm bedroom and living area, and a run underneath.

This rabbit hutch is made from 30 X 30mm framing,10m shiplap sides and back.

The floor is 9mm thick exterior ply on all hutches.
