Our best seller is Johnston and Jeff who are one of the most widely known and best respected Bird Feed Specialists; formed in 1880. Johnston and Jeff have kept their focus solely on the bird seed market and have invested continually in research in new products and the development of mixtures for species specific birds. Their seed mixtures go through a rigorous sifting, cleaning and polishing process before the final selected quality product is ready for sale to their customers. Richard Johnston is one of the founder members of the Bird Food Standards Association (BSA). The BSA is an organisation set up to uphold the safe standard of peanuts and seeds for wild birds, such as aflotoxin testing requirements for peanuts along with a safe standard for mixes, straights, nest boxes, feeders and suet.

We also stock a wide range of Harrisons products. Harrisons produce unique mixtures for general or species specific birds. Their mixes use quality ingredients, many of which are sourced from UK farms, as well as being tested in house.
