Here at Pets Pantry NW Ltd we try to make your internet shopping experience as easy as possible. 

When confirmation of your order is received this will mean we have received your order, but does not confirm our acceptance of the order.

Your order will have been accepted on despatch of the goods. 

We accept Visa/Visa Electron, Visa Debit, Mastercard Debit and Credit, Maestro and JCB

Payment Terms

1. Accepted Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)

  • Apple Pay and Google Pay (where supported)

All transactions are securely processed through Shopify Payments.

2. Payment Requirements
Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. Orders will not be processed until payment has been received and authorised.

3. Currency
All prices are listed and charged in Pounds Sterling (GBP). We do not accept payments in any other currency.

4. VAT and Taxes
All prices shown include UK VAT where applicable. We do not ship outside the UK, so no additional duties or import taxes will apply.

5. Secure Transactions
Your payment details are handled securely using industry-standard SSL encryption. We do not store your card information on our servers.

6. Failed or Fraudulent Payments
We reserve the right to cancel or hold any order that appears to be fraudulent or where payment has failed or been reversed.

7. Updates to Payment Terms
We may update these payment terms from time to time. Please refer back to this page for the latest version.

Delivery Information

Orders received before 3:00pm will be processed the same day. When we start processing your order this is when your selected delivery time frame begins.

We are more than happy to deliver your goods to any address of your choice; however for your own peace of mind and security we ask that the first delivery is to the registered card address.

This will help prevent fraud in the event of your card being stolen or compromised; we hope that you agree with us on this extra security measure.

Occasionally a product may have a stocking issue and we will contact you if we cannot make your delivery time selection. If you decide at this point not to extend the waiting period a full refund will be given.
