This small mesh guard will prevent ground feeders such as squirrels and larger birds like pigeons and doves, plus blackbirds and thrush sized birds. This item is made up of four panels, and a top cover. Each side panel measure base 22" (56cm)  height 15"  (38cm) and across the top is 17" (43cm)  Each aperture for birds to get through to the seed is 1 1/4" (3cm) square. If you would prefer that thrush sized birds still get through to the seed as well as smailler birds, you will require the large guard.
